A TRIO of Team TRM racers secured superb finishes at the first-ever AMCA Skegness Beach Race.

Mark Rudd, Ryan Rudd and Ashley Rudd all placed in the top 13 of their respective races - and all admitted that it was their toughest motocross race to date.

Racing in deep sand on the beach course, brothers Ryan and Ashley competed in the 85-150cc (junior) category on Saturday.

Up against 26 riders, both lads performed admirably on an unforgiving track that boasted a vast array of hills and jumps.

Ryan managed five laps, which was good enough to secure him a cracking tenth place overall.

Younger brother Ashley was hot on his tale, finishing 12th after managing four laps.

On the Sunday, Mark Rudd went up against a massive field of 123 riders in the main race.
